Returns
We know you will love your product. Unfortunately, given the nature of our sales, we can only process store credit for defective product. Refunds will be provided if the original ordered product is not delivered to you, the customer, more than 45 days after order placement. 

Otherwise, there is a no refunds or exchanges policy. Given the special nature of our deals, we cannot process refunds for change of mind. If your product is defective, please e-mail support@bekshire.com and we will resolve the matter promptly. We may request visual proof of the defective status of the product before we have you proceed with sending the product to us. This will save you, the customer, from unnecessary hassle. We will send instructions for you to return the product and, once we receive the defective product, we will send you a discount code equaling the amount of store credit for you to obtain a free replacement product at least equal to your original purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and promptly issue store credit.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bekshire.com and we will send instructions for where to send the defective item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
We use a number of different warehouses across the United States and Asia. In order to obtain instructions on where you should mail your product, e-mail support@bekshire.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

OUR RETURN POLICY

 Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We recommend emailing support@unicornglamor.com for full order return inquiries.

RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

OUR REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. Please contact support@unicornglamor.com for more information on your refund request. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

OUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on whether we have sent out your order already, we are able to process your order cancellation and refund back your money. Generally, this means we can cancel your order within 12 hours after you have made your payment. However if 12 hours has passed since you made the order, you may have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
